Day six: a song

So back in 2008, the Lord of the Rings musical was playing in London. I got to see it twice, and this was one of my favourite songs - the Frodo and Sam duet.

That's lovely. I have never really heard anything much of the musical - now I think I must look for more.

The accent is right for Hobbits, to me, too.

:-) I'm glad you liked it. Quite a few of the songs do seem to be on YouTube, though not the official versions any more. I think my other favourite is "Wonder" which is Galadriel's song.

Obviously it was a very edited version of the story, but the staging was marvellous, and it had what felt like the heart of the tale.
