So unplugging my router from the telephone line for an hour was basically all I needed to fix the problem - and they couldn't have told me that *last* weekend. *grits teeth*

Oh well, at least I have another option added to my "things to try before you spend half an hour in a help desk queue" list.

Whoa! Your Repton icon just gave me a disturbing BBC Micro flashback. Now that's something I haven't seen for a while (well not since I last got my BBC out of the loft.) I seem to remember Repton being annoying, but compulsive. Rather like a lot of computer games I suppose!

I was a big fan of Repton 3 - not so much the earlier ones. I even used the screen editor to make Tolkien themed screens - I was a strange child.

My brothers were really into Elite but I couldn't get the hang of flying in 3D. The rock puzzles in Repton were much easier.
