It's originally by a singer-songwriter called Ben Rector - I remember one of the HF guys sharing it back in 2020, when it was originally written, and I suppose they added it to the list of songs they'd like to sing.

We don't celebrate Thanksgiving this side of the pond, but I always liked the song, the family traditions that seem like they're an important part of the occasion for the people who do celebrate and enjoy it.
