Things to squee about

didiusjulianus had offered me some of the old fountain pens she found when she was sorting things out at Rome.
So it was a great time to also come some excellent fountain pen icons on the community I belong to - it's not exactly high traffic, so the coincidence is cool. I'd never been able to find pen icons that I liked before, so it was great to find so many good ones.
My brother sent me the link to this You Tube vid earlier in the week. A group of silent monks (or high school students dressed as same) give their rendition of the Halleluia Chorus - clever and funny.
Finally, I was overjoyed to hear thatastolat had written another Merlin story. As might be expected, her stories are some of the best in the fandom, but she moved on months ago and I think most of us despaired of her ever finishing the Beltane Cycle, even though the three stories already written work very well in their own right.
But a couple of days ago she posted An Exile in Albion, the next part, and says that there should be two more stories, the second of which she has already written. :-) \0/ \0/ I just hope she gets the inspiration to write the intervening piece.
