It definitely sounds like it. We were running in a public park, where people would feel free to tell us we were doing it wrong, but no diplomatic buildings. :-)
ladyofastolat says that the Irishmen going up to the races used to stop and look at their legs, but I guess I was too busy being bad at PE to notice.
