A Fun Weekend

So, last weekend was the long-awaited meeting of the Andon Elenion smial, also known as the Stargate ladies. :-)

After a quick visit with gayalondiel's adorable new kittens, we set off for Wolverhampton, to stay with the_marquis, na_lon and, of course, na_quis.

We watched episodes from season 8 of SG1, season 1 of Atlantis and a selection of vids - my ultra-light external hard drive is a real boon. :-) We also worked on our smial outfits for Oxonmoot - we originally planned them a couple of years ago, and then got distracted by other things.

It was a good weekend, a chance to unwind with friends, eat the_marquis's excellent cooking and introduce na_quis to tawnyscrawny. :-)

This week I have off work, so I'm looking forward to catching up on stuff, and hopefully seeing my other brother, no longer Professional Reader. :-)
