This year's small fandom vid exchange was released last Sunday, and, as usual, there are lots of great vids in a wide range of fandoms. In particular, if you're looking for vids for Agents of SHIELD and Sleepy Hollow, the master list is a great place to start.
After last year's Hollow Crown vid, the Shakespeare vid this year is L.O.V.E (Joss Whedon's Much Ado About Nothing) Great comedy and chemistry between Alexis Denisof's Benedick and Amy Acker's Beatrice.
My icon is in honour of two highly entertaining Lego vids this year.
All Star (Lego Lord of the Rings) The story told in three and a half minutes, great fun, and with some baffling humorous touches - why was Boromir killed with a banana?
9-5 (Lego Star Wars) "It's a tough life for a stormtrooper." Did you ever doubt that Darth Vader was employee of the month?
Another joyful vid was You Always Make Me Smile (Sarah Jane Adventures) Sarah Jane and family she found, including some old friends. :-)
Finally, one of my favourite vids this year was for a show I've never really watched, though if you live in the UK it's difficult to avoid knowing about it altogether. Black Flowers (Call the Midwife) A very well edited tale of a personal journey, a struggle where there were no easy right answers and no one was the bad guy. Feel-good TV it may be, but this vid at least makes it feel earned. Happy lumps in the throat for this one as well.
