For anyone who didn't see the link to it on
megamole's journal yesterday, the CTS have released an audio version of their highly amusing "Lord of the Goons", as presented by them at Tolkien 2005. If anyone wants a copy I can YSI it to them - it's 18mb.
I also found a link to this Episode Guide to the Lord of the Rings TV show, that was created as a spin-off from the fairly successful films of a couple of years ago. The horror, the horror. ;-)

Date: 2006-06-22 06:09 pm (UTC)You can send files up to 1Gb for free. You upload the file to them and they send a link to the file to the email address you specify. There's a time limit - seven days, I think - and a limited number of downloads but it's a really useful way of sending files that are too big for email.
It has a lot fewer ads than MegaUpload and is a lot easier to navigate than SendSpace - I haven't seen DropSend but I assume it's something similar.
