A proper Doctor Who-ish story, and while a regeneration story is always going to be a bit unusual, Jodie Whittaker was convincing to me as the Doctor from the beginning.
My only regret was that we couldn't have kept Grace as well - knowing who the companions would be, it was clear something would stop her travelling with the Doctor, but she was a lovely character.
