On a personal level, one of the blows from the pandemic was that I never got to see my favourite band in concert for the first time, and nobody knows when they will be able to make it back to Europe. On the other hand, while stuck at home they've been producing some excellent music and videos - it's amazing what you can do with mobiles and a good video editor these days. Apparently this is a song from the 1990s - I hadn't heard it before but it's great fun.

Thanks for sharing that! I love Home Free but I haven’t looked them up lately, had no idea what they’re doing. I am really impressed by what can be done with cell phones and editing software these days and that was amazing. I like the Diamond Rio version of the song but Home Free’s is excellent.

Oh, wonderful, I'm really pleased you enjoyed it. Home Free are pretty much my main fandom these days, which is really odd for me - I was never that invested in musicians, even as a teenager, but there's something about these guys that's just pulled me in. They bring me joy, and who doesn't need that these days?

They were on tour in Europe in February and March, but had to abandon and scramble to get home because of the pandemic, and now they are at home in various places across the US, so they've been recording and filming music at home, while they can't tour. They've also got a series of Home Away From Home videos on their channel, which are behind the scenes, this is what we do when we aren't performing kind of things.
