Day 19 - A song from your favourite album

I don't tend to think of music in terms of albums, but more in terms of individual songs or artists/bands. But I bought this album on the basis of liking one of the tracks I'd heard, and listened to it on the train, and it really does feel like it hangs together to me, that it's not just a random collection of songs.

Oh that This is War one - I've seen sooo many music vids using that...

I'm not surprised, though I must confess I've only seen one Merlin vid to it. It's dramatic stuff, and good for action vids, I suspect.

I've downloaded at least 2-3 Stargate ones (SG1, SGA, mixed) though I can't recall where from...

I must admit I haven't seen many new Stargate vids recently. I'm not really in the fandom anymore, even though I still love the characters, and there haven't been many if any posted to the pan-fandom comms I follow.

I tend to only go for closed fandoms - not sure why - but it does mean I'm always paddling in the calmer waters when the crowds have left...

I'm afraid I'm a greedy fanfic reader, so I've tended to move on to active fandoms that can keep up with me. ;-)

On the other hand, I've tended to find that I drop out of fandoms because the canon doesn't go where I expect/want it to, which is much less of a problem in closed canons. You've probably found a more sensible way of doing things.
